The Proviso East High School building is closed, but the friendly staff at your School Based Health Center is still available to serve PEHS students. Students can arrange a “telehealth virtual visit” using their phone, email or video chat!
If you would like to speak with your nurse practitioner or social worker, find the School-Based Health Center staff using the Tool Bar in Microsoft Teams.
For medical questions and a virtual visit, contact nurse practitioner Kate Myczek (Ms. Kate). Use the Teams function to request a virtual visit with social worker Adriane Addie Van Zwoll (Ms. V. ) or Vanessa Zapata.
