Oral Health

Caring for your oral health is an important component towards maintaining your overall health. It affects our ability to express emotions, eat, smile, and speak. So what can you do to help maintain your smile?
  • Practice good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste and flossing between your teeth daily to remove plaque
  • Drink fluoridated water to strengthen teeth and prevent enamel erosion
  • Limit alcoholic drinks
  • Do not use tobacco products
  • Visit your dentist at least once a year to make sure teeth are in good shape
